If this happens, the itinerary may need to be adjusted (such as shuttle transfers or skipping certain stops) in coordination with on-site staff. ● Bus parking can be limited at certain locations, so we recommend avoiding frequent itinerary changes on the day of the tour. ● Due to passenger insurance requirements from the bus company, if there are any changes in the number of participants, please let us know as early as possible, as group size changes may significantly affect the arrangement and quotation. ● For cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure, a 10% handling fee will apply, and you will receive a 90% refund. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
